We had the privilege of serving all-day refreshments at the Czech House during Czech team matches at the UEFA EURO championship in Toulouse and Lyon. Our offer included meals, snacks, brunches, BBQ, bars and buffet-style dinners. We served a total of 3,600 guests.

On the occasion of introducing the new Nautica collection, we prepared playful refreshments for guests of the event. They could indulge in a refreshing Ice Pan-made ice-cream and enjoy food served in cones from various materials – both edible and inedible.

MARCH 2016, ADIDAS PURE BOOST X LAUNCH, HAUCH GALLERY

We had the pleasure of preparing entertaining refreshments for guests of the gala Adidas PureBoost X sports footwear launch in the Czech market. At the Hauch Gallery, working with Cook Communications, we prepared food following recipes of young Czech female bloggers. Lightness and freshness were the themes of the evening. The bloggers then took over with the ice-cream show using the Ice Pan and guests enjoyed refreshments in a form of food painting and food branding.  

 

February 2016, A. PLACHETKA´S BENEFIT CONCERT, THE ŽOFÍN PALACE

We hosted a gala dinner for 130 guests at the Žofín Palace small hall as a follow-up of a benefit concert by Czech bass-baritone Adam Plachetka. The proceeds of the concert were used to help prematurely born infants and their families.

February 2016, MERLOT D'OR, PRAGUE CASTLE

We prepared a gala dinner for 350 wine lovers at Prague Castle, treating the guests to a five-course degustation menu created by a Michelin star-awarded chef, Nicolas Isnard. The individual courses were paired with selected wines supplied by Merlot d'Or. The gala dinner was served at the impressive ambiance of the Spanish Hall. Thanks to the use of modern light-up tables and design chairs, guests enjoyed the interconnection of an elegant, modern design with the historical premises of Prague Castle. The French Ambassador to Prague and Prague Mayor were among the guests of honour of the event.

Again this year, we were a partner to the most luxurious Czech gala evening, this year themed: the British Monarchy. Thousands of invited guests appreciated the original idea of interlinking the ball theme with the gastronomic concept inspired by the British Monarchy. Chef Marek Šáda prepared for example Pork Wellington, but also the traditional Fish & Chips, using modern and original ways of presentation.

We prepared a gala dinner for 330 wine lovers at Prague Castle, treating the guests to a five-course degustation menu created by a Michelin star-awarded chef. Professional sommeliers paired the individual courses with French wines. The gala dinner served at the impressive ambiance of the Spanish Hall. The combination of a modern set-up with the historical atmosphere of Prague Castle provided for a unique atmosphere of the evening.

A first-class restaurant may become available even out in the open as the European Tour golf tournament in Albatross golf course showed.

Zátiší Catering, specifically Sport&Fun division , catered for the participants. From breakfast time to dinner time, thirty cooks prepared fresh meals on the spot. There were clothed tables and Vitra chairs in the VIP marquee designated for sponsors and partners of the event, waiters handed around a flying buffet and drinks, and the guests appreciated the wide choice of food served in warm and cold buffets and fresh fruits: e.g. Paneer Makhani with basmati pilaf, Tawa Subzi with pea rice or chef Mahavir Kanswal’s Reigma dal; Czech cuisine captured the guests’ attention with Marek Purkart’s roast sirloin in cream sauce with Carlsbad dumplings. Similar service was provided to players and caddies in their own marquees.

Would you like to know what MotoGP Word Championship motorcycle racers eat? And what about their staff and sponsors?

Freshly prepared, healthy delicacies served in top restaurant style. Catering at MotoGP the series of GP motorcycle races, was provided by Zátiší Catering, Sport & Fun Division. Hearty, but healthy breakfast is served by our chefs before the first heat. Snacks and lunch are enjoyed by all visitors during training rounds and time before the main race. Afternoon snacks and dinner is naturally served too, paired with carefully selected wines and champagne for winners. All chefs speak English and are happy to present the served meals, which is greatly appreciated by guests from around the world.
