December 2024 | The Bitcon conference EMERGENCE was held in Europe for the first time. 150 VIP guests and 700 delegates from all over the world met at the Prague Congress Centre. We divided the catering into two sections - for VIP guests and for a delegate base.

Philip Morris International ČR Conference
February 2020 | We have prepared daily refreshments in the form of buffet tables for 600 participants of the Philip Morris International ČR conference. The subsequent after party with the evening banquet was enriched by a taco bar, an edible park - skewers with edible sponge bread - black buns with shredded pork or favorite lollipops made of goat cheese in beet dust. Guests were also entertained by a tartare show or our chocoland.

BPS TOP Responsible Company 2018
November 2018 | On the occasion of the awarding of prizes for BPS TOP Responsible Company 2018, we had the honor of presenting our sustainable concept in collaboration with the Business for Society company. Without plastics, producing minimal waste and maximum taste, we introduced ingredients from our local suppliers. The guests enjoyed a "vegetable garden", quail eggs, cabbage rolls, chestnut cream and other dishes. We have used aesthetically imperfect vegetables in our samosa pastry. We served tap water infused with fruits and herbs. Nothing was thrown away, and the guests could take away whatever had not been eaten. And it worked great!

The ICCA: The International Congress and Convention Association
November 2017 | At the conference of the ICCA, we crossed the borders of convention catering. For four days, we ensured that none of the 1,100 participants ran out of energy. Our 120-person staff prepared balanced coffee breaks, buffet lunches and lounge niches. During the Charity Run, we refreshed the competitors with healthy dishes. The menu for the festive evening was served at the Žofín Palace, and the climax of the event was the closing gala at Výstaviště’s Industrial Palace.

Wedding Reception at Zofin Palace
October 2017 | To be able to entertain not only the bride and groom but also all the Russian/Jewish wedding guests according to their original traditions, we hired a special master chef from Russia. He prepared delicacies such as caviar, pelmeni or pierogi. The menu from our kitchen consisted of oysters, flap steak and salmon. Our guests were celebrating and having a really good time until early morning hours.

Wedding with a Perfect Visage
August 2014 | We set and prepared the wedding menu for the famous visagiste Kim Kardashian. Wedding bells were ringing at Ploskovice Chateau, where we served 80 guests. The joyous atmosphere was enhanced by field lettuce with dandelion leaves and Prague ham with potato salad, mushrooms and horseradish foam.
