The gala dinner of DZK Travel
September 2022 | We once again had the opportunity to use the premises of the historic Žofín Palace to show off what we are up to at V Zátiší. Almost 400 guests loved what they ate and drank under the monumental chandeliers of the Žofín main ballroom, which had previously been the venue for dozens of important dinners and balls with guests from all over the world. Perfectly synchronized groups of waiters served the guests one course after another, pampering them with extraordinary dishes prepared by our master chefs.

The French Post Office in Rudolfinum
June 2022 | Some 300 foreign guests enjoyed the gala dinner at the Rudolfinum, just a few meters from the concert hall in which many of the world's great classical works are regularly performed. The four-course menu delighted the guests’ taste buds as they relished pike ceviche, buckwheat risotto and Picanha, eventually arriving at the sweet conclusion in the form of pistachio vanilla ice cream served with strawberry soup.

One tousand guests and three nights with Brasilian SHELL
August 2019 | We spent three unforgettable evenings with guests from Brazilian Shell. We welcomed more than 1,000 guests on the premises of the Prague Castle. The next day we enjoyed a gala dinner behind the scenes of the Industrial Palace and we ended this exciting ride with them with Alice in Wonderland, into which the Karlín Forum was transformed. We served our guests the best from our kitchen, and we managed to create a menu that honored Shell's legacy: We served amuse-bouche in mussels, burger buns in the company's colors and much more. This event won the Event of the Year award, which is bestowed annually by the Czech Event Association.

First Annual Czech-Slovak Coca-Cola Conference
February 2018 | We enjoyed the first ever Annual Czech-Slovak Coca-Cola Conference, organized in cooperation with JAD Production, and with the participation of employees from various industries. For the 800 guests gathered at the Forum Karlín we prepared a menu inspired by this strong brand. Conference participants were able to savor the taste of beef ribs marinated in Coca-Cola BBQ sauce or Coca-Cola ice cream with vanilla. And to make the ideas expressed on stage easier to understand by the audience, we also served so-called brain food such as dried fruits and nuts.

The ANOC Awards 2017
November 2017 | In the Forum Karlin hall during the special ceremonial occasion for 22nd international meeting of Olympic Committees we provided a banquet for 205 committees from around the world. We prepared a festive three-course menu dinner for 1100 participants. We served for example marinated prawns, cod fillet with squid sauce, home-made nut ‘Magnum’ with sea salt and fruit as a dessert.

Gala Dinner for the Amway Company
March 2017 | We hosted 140 guests in the Spanish Hall of the Prague Castle. The uniqueness and importance of the event was evident in every detail. In the evening, a special 5-course menu was served, including a special dessert that was spread out in front of the guests by pouring hot chocolate. The evening takes place every year in a different city and returned to Prague after ten years.
